Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information:
All items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. In case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing and shipping. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Custom Items:
Custom orders take 2–3 business days to process and up to 2 weeks to be completed and shipped.
If a custom item is ordered together with ready-to-ship products, the ready-to-ship items will be shipped first. The custom item will be shipped separately once production is complete.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. Therefore, do not be alarmed if the tracking link does not immediately provide updates.
